Active Ingredient:

• Troxerutin 300 mg (a flavonoid with venotonic and vasoprotective properties)

Excipients:

• Lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate

Capsule Shell:

• Contains quinoline yellow (E104), sunset yellow (E110), titanium dioxide (E171), and gelatin

Pharmacodynamics:

• Strengthens capillaries and veins

• Reduces vascular permeability and inflammation

• Improves blood flow by enhancing red blood cell flexibility

• Alleviates symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency and hemorrhoids

Indications

• Chronic venous insufficiency

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to rutosides or excipients

• First trimester of pregnancy

• Active peptic ulcer or gastritis

• Children under 3 years (due to capsule form)

Dosage & Administration

• Standard dose: 1 capsule (300 mg) 3 times daily with meals

• Maintenance dose: 600 mg/day

• Diabetic retinopathy: 0.9–1.8 g/day

• Course duration: 3–4 weeks (extend if needed)

Side Effects

• Mild and reversible: rash, nausea, diarrhea, heartburn, headache, flushing

• Rare: GI erosions or ulcers

Interactions

• Enhanced effect when combined with ascorbic acid (vitamin C)
